Should obese people be ban from restaurants?
Have you ever thought that obese people should be ban from restaurants? Is being obese wrong? Should they have the right to eat in restaurants at all? Should they be denied to ask for greasy and oily food? Should they be force to eat vegetables and nutritious food only?

Fast food main targets are ...
Studies have showed that fast food industries have targeted toddlers because they have showed their commercials mostly on Nickelodeon channels, Disney channels and on shows such as the Sesame Street. These are shows that kids these days watch most often today. They picked that time to broadcast their commercials so they can send messages out to children “linking that eating fast food can bring you fun and happiness.”
Overall I do think that fast food industries main targets are focused on children because even my niece that is only two and a half knows that McDonald taste good and always want to eat it whenever we pass by McDonald. She would always recognize the big yellow M in McDonald and tell me to go in and get her some fries and she would always want the meal because she wants the toy too. If I don’t, she would get all mad and start crying saying I want to eat it. Sometimes I would just get the fries and leave.

How to prevent obesity from happening?
I think that are three steps that you must take in order to prevent obesity. First of all people should try to eat more nutritious and healthier food so the food won’t contain a lot of fat and calories. Second you should have more self control on what you eat all the time so you won’t over eat. Third of all is that after all your meals you should defiantly do exercise to burn off the calories that you just ate so you won’t get over weighted or get fat over time. I think that if people follow these steps they won’t even become over weighted and if they don’t become over weighted they won’t become obesity. Since obesity does mean that you are 30 lbs above your normal weight.

Secrets behind fast food

What is so good about home cooking?
By preparing home cooked meals you can save money and relieve stress in the process of cooking. Some people enjoy cooking for themselves because it is fun and challenging. It doesn’t really take that much time to cook your own meal. If you like you can just choose to eat a salad for lunch or dinner. The only ingredients you really need are just lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, celery, cheese, or fruits, and the seasoning you like. It’s quite simple if you think if you think about it all you need is the ingredients.
Another advantage of cooking at home is that you are exercising at the same time you are cooking. You can burn calories while you are getting the ingredients that you need for the meal, cooking the meal, and then cleaning everything up. You’re doing exercise without you even knowing it.

How to eat healthier fast food?
Ways to eat healthier fast food
Order food to go - Studies show that people tend to eat more food when they are not home. When you take fast food, home you would have the option of providing a healthier side dish such as fruit or vegetables.
Avoid buffets –all you can eat can make people over eat the amount that they don’t want to eat because of the temptation to eat
Stick to the light menu / Make careful menu selections – most restaurants now have healthier menus so ordering food that has been baked, broiled, roasted, poached or steamed will be healthier than anything fried. Salads with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and lighter dressings will be better than salads with croutons, cheeses, meats and heavy dressings
Don't be afraid to special order - Most restaurants that you go to may have plenty of healthier choices for you but they would use a lot of sauces. But you can ask for vegetables and dishes to be served without sauces. Ask for ways to make your food healthier
Watch portion size–usually at fast food restaurants eating one meal has enough calories for two meals. So it is important to watch what you order and eat. So if it’s possible you should order smaller portions of food or if you can’t try to separate the meal so that you can eat the food in at a later time.
Share- share the food with your friends so you can at least eat the things that you really want to eat while you can avoid the over eating. If you share the portion size you eat is smaller.
Order sauce and dressing on the side- you can control the amount of sauce you use and it can still taste the same
Remember the big picture- think about what you are going to eat first before ordering the meals, so you don’t have to forget about the amount of calories you eat in the fast food restaurants. You don’t have to rush to order and that you have already decided to eat a healthier fast food.

How fast food can cause cardiovascular diseases?
The main reason that causes strokes and heart attacks is because there is something that is blocking or preventing your blood to run to your heart or brain. If your blood vessels will become narrower and less flexible your blood vessels will become narrower and most likely that will block our blood clots. Then the blood won’t reach to your heart and brain it would become damaged.

How fast foods cause obesity?
In today’s society, more and more people are getting overweight because they are eating too much fast food. All people know how to do is blame others for their own mistakes. You can’t really blame anyone if you’re overweighed. It’s no ones fault but their own they’re the ones that chooses to eat fast food in the first place. No one is going to force you to eat fast food. I think that the only reason that people these days are getting overweighed is because they can’t control what they eat. If they were to eat healthier they won’t even be overweighed in the first place. A person knows that eating fast food may cause them to be overweighed but if they were doing all their exercises they would defiantly not be overweighed at all.

Why people should stop eating McDonald?
Is eating all this fast food good to you? What will happen to you if you were to eat McDonald everyday? Morgan Spurlock can answer your questions. Spurlock is a film maker which, made documentary of him eating McDonalds for 30 days called “Super Size Me”. He ate McDonald three times a day and spent one whole month eating McDonald. He followed three rules while he was doing this experiment. The first rule was that he can only eat food that was available over the counter at McDonalds. The second rule, whenever an employee asked him, he would have to super size his order. Finally the last rule, Spurlock had to at least eat everything on the menu once. The results of eating McDonald for one month were that he gained 27 pounds and his cholesterol rose.
I think that no one would actually eat fast food three times a day and eat it everyday. I do agree with Michelle Moran (in resource link two) because that film does seem unrealistic. I would like to say that I like to eat fast food but even I won’t eat fast food everyday. I’ll admit that I would eat fast food at least twice a week. But I defiantly can’t stand eating fast food everyday. If I were to eat fast food everyday I think, in less than a month I would get tired of it and never want to even touch fast food again.
